Rosario Londoño
Systems thinker and executive innovation coach, co-founder of Humane Business.
She helps leaders take agency and create better futures, with kindness and enthusiasm. Decades across corporate innovation, human development and systems leadership. She brings strategic foresight and a quantum mindset to help leaders and teams expand their perception of what is possible and change from the inside out. She leads the design sessions and Shipping Days with Colin.
Colin Scotland
The architect of the Human-First AI Standard, founder of Amplify Intelligence and co-founder of Humane Business.
He built a seven-figure business, lost everything when it collapsed, and built back with several six-figure ventures. He co-founded a school and multi-academy trust in the UK and spent twelve years as a marketing coach, all before generative AI existed. He teaches thousands of coaches how to work with AI, and he is a keynote speaker. He built the Human Stack, the AI setup our members use and keep improving.

What's the difference between Community and VIP?
Community keeps you current and gets your questions answered, and it's complete on its own. VIP adds time with us to build: the monthly design session, four Shipping Days a year and, on the yearly plan, every Sprint. Nothing in Community is held back to push you up.
Who answers my questions?
Our guide answers first, in minutes. It's an AI agent we built on everything we teach, and it knows the Human Stack and the way we work. Rosario & Colin read the questions every day and step in whenever an answer needs a person.
Can I join VIP straight away?
Yes. Anyone can join either level. You don't need to have done a program with us first.
What happens on a Shipping Day?
You bring one piece of AI work you want finished: an agent, a workflow or a plan. We work in three 90-minute blocks on Zoom, with breaks between. You build, we help when you're stuck, and at the end everyone shows what they shipped.
How often do the Sprints run?
Several times a year. On the yearly plan, Community members get one seat and VIP members get a seat at every Sprint we run.
How much time does it take?
As much as suits you. The news and the digest take minutes. Community has one live hour a month. VIP adds an hour a month and one day each quarter. Every live session is recorded.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You describe what you want in plain English and we show you how. Bring your questions, whatever level they are.
Can my team join?
Yes. Each leader joins with their own seat, at either level, and we can invoice your business. If you want your whole leadership team moving together, the Accelerator includes a year of VIP for your leaders.
When does it start, and when do I pay?

Can I cancel?
